Section 01
Tailored for the Best User Experiences
Federation platforms shouldn’t all look the same. HitCourt is built around each federation’s actual brand and workflow — with attractive, intuitive interfaces, multi-language support, and native mobile apps for iOS and Android. The platform renders 100% on phones and tablets, not the partial mobile compatibility you’ll find on legacy tournament software.
HitCourt

Attractive, intuitive user interface
Multi-language support
Native mobile app (iOS & Android)
100% mobile and tablet compatibility
Other Platforms
One-size-fits-all solution

Lack of mobile app
70-80% mobile compatibility
Section 02
Cloud-Based Platform
Federations don’t have IT departments standing by. HitCourt runs entirely in the browser — no software to download, no installation to maintain. Two-factor authentication keeps the platform secure, the officiating module runs natively in the browser, and players, coaches, referees and organisers sign in from any device, anywhere.

Other Platforms

Section 03
HC Connect — Player Services
HC Connect is HitCourt’s player-services layer — the player-facing module that keeps participants engaged between tournaments. Players manage their own personal details in the Player Zone, with administrator override when something needs flagging. Email and mobile notifications push draws, order-of-play, and reminders automatically. Player statistics — entries, withdrawals, head-to-head, performance trends — render directly in each player’s profile.
HitCourt

Other Platforms

Section 04
One Ecosystem
Most tournament platforms register only players. HitCourt registers everyone in the federation’s tennis ecosystem from a single sign-on layer: players, coaches, referees, organisers, even court-booking participants. One Point Registration means a single profile across the whole stakeholder base — which also creates a revenue surface that most platforms leave on the table.
HitCourt
One Point Registration for players
Coaches registered and tracked
Referees onboarded with credentials
Tournament organizers managed centrally
Court-booking participants included
Each role unlocks a potential revenue stream
Other Platforms
Player registration only
Coaches, referees, organisers handled outside the platform
No revenue stream beyond player entry fees
Section 05
Revenue Generation for Federations
A federation platform shouldn’t be a cost centre — it should be a revenue surface. HitCourt is built to enable federation income across multiple streams: player and referee registration fees, tournament entry fees, tournament-application fees from organisers. Direct payment-gateway integration means money flows to the federation’s account with reconciliation built in — no intermediary fees, no chasing of cleared transfers.

Section 06
Formats of Play
Tennis federations don’t run a single format — they run many. HitCourt natively supports the full range: standard Elimination draws for ranking-point events, Placement formats for development brackets, Leagues for season-long competitions, Consolation rounds for first-round losers, and the Spiral format for round-robin tournaments. One platform, every event type a federation needs to schedule.

Section 07
Player Ranking — Points Percolation
In most ranking systems, a 14-year-old who competes in an Under 18 event gets points only in the Under 18 ranking — even though competing up takes more skill and effort. HitCourt’s Points Percolation rewards that effort: points earned in a higher age category percolate down to the player’s records in younger categories too. A progressive ranking points system that recognises competitive ambition. For how the inverse mechanic works on age-up, see how Asian Tennis Federation rankings work.
HitCourt

Progressive ranking that rewards competing up
Smooth continuity across age categories
Other Platforms
Awards points only for the competed age category

Section 08
Seamless Integration with ITF WTN
The ITF World Tennis Number is the universal rating standard — every junior who plays competitive tennis has one, comparable globally across federations. HitCourt integrates directly with WTN via the official ITF APIs: administrators sync data with a one-click action from the Admin Zone, choose custom automated sync intervals, and pull the reverse WTN number back from the ITF database in real time.

Live Support, Every Day
Tournament weekends don’t happen on a 9-to-5 schedule. HitCourt’s support runs 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an in-built ticketing system for urgent operational issues raised directly from the platform. For everything else, federations reach the support team on Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram — whichever channel matches their pace.
